In 2007, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., purchased a significant portofolio of office and retail assets in the Greensboro market.  Our primary goal was to secure the trophy retail center: Friendly Center.  As a result of the transaction, we ended up with a number of non-core properties to both run and dispose of.  After canvasing the market, we made the decision to engage Triad Commercial Properties to handle both office leasing, and dispositions, and history is proving this to be a great decision.  During increasingly tough economic times, Triad has worked creatively to both maintain our project occupancies, and find buyers who can close, and pay top-of-the-market pricing.  Triad's team does an excellent job of viewing the properties and problems through the eyes of the owner, applies a team approach to implementing a plan, and then brings deals to closure with minimal unforseen problems.
