TRIAD COMMERCIAL COMPLETES TWO INDUSTRIAL SALES TOTALING $38.1 MILLION

RURAL HALL AND KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. -- Triad Commercial Properties in has brokered two industrial sales for a total of $38.1 million. The first transaction consisted of the sale of a 930,451-square-foot distribution center located at 521 Northridge Park Drive in Rural Hall. Blue Bell, Pa.-based Capital Solutions Inc. acquired the building for $23.5 million.
The second transaction involved the sale of two industrial buildings located at 219 Commerce Blvd. and 705 Canterbury Road in Kings Mountain. Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based Stoltz Realty of Delaware Inc. purchased the buildings for $14.6 million. Hap Royster, John Schultz and William Woltz of Triad Commercial Properties represented the seller, Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Hanesbrands Inc., in both deals.
