State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Co. sold the office building at 3518

Drawbridge Parkway in Greensboro, NC, to Aurora Enterprises LLC for

$1.15 million or $77 per square foot. The asking price was $1.45 million.

Built in 1991, the one-story, 15,000-square-foot office building was sold

vacant. Aurora Enterprises is a medical practice that will occupy the

building

Raymond Collins of Collins Commercial Properties Inc represented the

seller.

Ryan Gioffre and Kevin Kemp with Triad Commercial Properties represented the buyer.
